Physioworks Health Group Physiotherapist Nathan Monaco was recently invited to present to future Orthopaedic Surgeons & Sports Physicians at an International Sports Medicine Conference for the Royal College of Surgeons being held in Dublin.
Nathan has vast experience as a physiotherapist and as an accredited strength & conditioning coach, working with athletes across a range of sports, including soccer (NPL) & basketball (NBL 1 Basketball Casey Cavaliers – Men & Woman)
Nathan’s presentation was titled “Sports Physio – On the Court and In the Clinic.”
The presentation & discussion was an excellent opportunity to help educate doctors around the world about physiotherapy in sport, and how physiotherapists & medical professionals can best work together to optimise patient & athlete outcomes.
