With December fast approaching the Physioworks Health Group Exercise Physiology (EP) team present the Physioworks Exercise Challenge.
This year the EP team have developed an Advent Calendar of Exercise across December as part of our client exercise programmes.
The challenge commences on 1st December & you’ll do a specific exercise challenge every day until Christmas. It’s a bit of fun; and everyone is welcome to join in for some extra exercise motivation in the lead up to Christmas & the summer hopefully full of outdoor sun & activity.
The Physioworks Exercise Physiology team, Katelyn Vincent, Megan D’Atri & Brooke DeHey specialise in exercise prescription & the delivery of exercise programmes & rehabilitation tailored to specific need & exercise goal of each client, either one-on one and/or in group exercise classes/formats.
