The sun is shining. December means that summer is officially here.
Our level of outdoor & general activity increases. Plenty of walking, running and summer sports – cricket, tennis, golf, boating, surfing and swimming. And many are starting to hit the beaches.
Therefore, our timely, annual reminder to all: “Beware summertime injuries”
No matter your age or level of activity, as we increase our level activity during summer, so to does the likelihood of a “summertime” injury occurrence.
